Well I’m back from my long weekend out of town and finally was able to watch some beloved anime again. Kure-nai seems like a good place to start the week off as well. Some more of the shows mysteries have been solved in this episode, mostly those pertaining to the Houzuki family. It turns out that a long time ago the family was known for their great killing skills, and even though they do not continue the killing tradition the old man feels it necessary to train the girls how to kill. We learn that Shinkurou does not wan’t to rely on his freakish sword bone and would rather become strong on his own, for multiple reasons. We get to see more of Murasaki’s childish side; she is very bad at sharing and tends to break things. The episode ends on a light side where poor old Shinkurou has to put up with the torments from his neighbors. And I’m pretty sure we just heard a seven year old ask someone to eat her (sexually).
