It’s always a tough thing to see a series end, even if it is full of furries. One of the most important points for me in an anime is how it wraps up. I could care less if the outcome for the characters is good or not (though if it’s the ending I’m hoping for it’s just that much better). I just like to see it wrapped up nicely without any major questions remaining, unless another season is announced. Kanokon wraps up pretty nicely here, and I actually did enjoy the ending. Kouta finally grew a pair and confessed his love, though it literally took everything short of sex to get him to do it. The only things that are really left untouched are the little girl that still wants her big brother. Could there possibly be a season two? I wouldn’t be surprised if there was. I can’t turn down an ecchi comedy that was this daring while remaining non-hentai. 7.5/10
